Beyond Identity will perform a database upgrade on March 3rd, 2023, at 11:00 PM CST (UTC-6) during our regular maintenance window. We expect the upgrade to take up to an hour.
During the database upgrade, the following services will work as expected: - Authentication - Policy evaluation and device posture check - Secure DevOps (GIT commit verification) - Data export and other events-related services
Impacted services: - Admin Console will not be available - Passkey registration/enrollment and migration - Management APIs will not be available during the upgrade operation - User/group/SCIM create, update, delete, and read operations
