Jamf has confirmed that API issues have been resolved.

At approximately 12:30AM EST on September 20th, 2025, Jamf pushed an update to version 11.20.x for Jamf Pro Cloud across a number of tenants. This update introduced breaking changes to Jamf’s API may cause disruptions the Beyond Identity and Jamf API integration.

Jamf has acknowledged this as a defect and opened a P1 case (PI141237). Jamf is currently executing remediation efforts. During this period, customers may experience degraded performance in their Jamf Pro instance.
